本研究は、学生が演習・実習で実践する頻度の高い看護技術である清拭を選択し、湯を適温に維持・管理していくための方法をデジタル温度計を用いて明らかにすることを目的に実施した。実験方法は、プラスチック製洗面器とステンレス製ベイスンに湯を入れた際の湯温の経時的変化、プラスチック製洗面器を用いた温湯清拭時の湯温の経時的変化を測定した。その結果、室温度25.1±0.4℃(平均値±標準偏差)、湿度33.1±1.0%(平均値±標準偏差)の環境下において、一般的に清拭時の湯温の至適温度といわれている50℃を下回る時間は、ステンレス製ベイスンで7分過ぎ、プラスチック製洗面器で11分過ぎであり、比較すると約4分間の差がみられた。各器材の湯温の低下速度は、ステンレス製ベイスンは-0.52℃/分、プラスチック製洗面器は-0.44℃/分で、プラスチック製洗面器の方が低下速度は緩やかであった。このことより、プラスチック製洗面器など熱伝導率の低い素材で作られた器材を用いて清拭をおこなうと、対象者への身体的負担を減らすことができ、安全・安楽に清拭の援助が提供できると考えられる。プラスチック製洗面器を用いた温湯清拭時の湯温の低下速度は-0.94℃/分であった。至適温度である50℃を下回る時間は清拭開始後5分であった。このことより、55.0℃の湯を準備した場合、5分以内には清拭に使う湯を取り替えるか、差し湯をする必要があると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_11_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12318716","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_11_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1348-8104","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"藤野,
