| 内容記述 | One of the main themes of social welfare in Japan is the realization of the Inclusive Society. The purpose of this study was to consider the roles and issues of social worker to realize the Inclusive Society. As a result, it was revealed that the following roles are expected for social worker; comprehensive consultation support, building collaboration and connections between professionals and citizen, practice linking individual support and solving regional issues, efforts to guarantee the existence and rights of people, and initiatives for social change. There are four issues for social worker to play the above roles; verification of the effectiveness of social work practice, examination of division of roles with other professionals, considering the impact of policy, and enhancement of social work education program. | |||||
